One connected workflow for high-dimensional cytometry

From experimental question to biological insight.

Elevari connects experimental design, panel development, gating, population analysis, interpretation and reporting in one structured, transparent workflow, keeping scientists and cytometry experts in control.

The Elevari workspace: auto-gating and population identification
How Elevari works

One connected workflow, not disconnected tools.

Instead of treating each stage as a separate task across separate software, Elevari links them so design, analysis, interpretation and reporting inform one another, grounded in structured biological knowledge.

01

From objective to panel

Elevari Panel

Elevari Panel turns a biological objective into an instrument-aware panel, weighing the populations and markers you need against your cytometer's capabilities, so alternative panel designs can be compared before any bench work. It supports panel decisions; it does not replace titration, controls or empirical optimisation.

Output

A candidate panel with fluorophore assignments, and the ambiguities to resolve before running.

02

Run the experiment

Your lab

Acquisition, compensation and unmixing stay in your existing instrument software. Elevari supplies no instrument and does not change how you run the bench.

Output

Your acquired FCS data, ready for analysis.

03

From question to strategy

Elevari Strategy

Elevari Strategy converts your research question into a hierarchical population strategy grounded in evidence: which populations to identify, how they relate, which markers support or contradict an identity, and where ambiguity remains. You review and refine before analysis.

Output

A validated gating tree, each node carrying the evidence supporting and contradicting its identity.

04

Gating without parameters

Elevari Gating

Elevari Gating resolves the strategy against your data, weighing the evidence for each interpretation rather than statistical similarity alone, and keeping competing identities, contradictory evidence and missing information visible.

Output

Named populations for each sample, with per-population confidence and an explicit ambiguous fraction.

05

Reports with the evidence

Elevari Report

Elevari Report turns the identified populations into figures, statistics and a literature-grounded report, and flags the populations that differ between conditions or groups.

Output

A review-ready report where every population and every citation carries its provenance.

The scientist stays in control.

Elevari proposes every panel, gating strategy, population identity and report together with the evidence behind it, so cytometrists and immunologists can review, adjust or override any decision. The platform speeds up and standardises the analysis; it never takes the expert out of the loop.

Purpose

Powerful data shouldn't depend on fragmented workflows.

Panel design needs specialist knowledge, gating and annotation are time-consuming and analyst-dependent, interpretation is often separated from the analysis, and expertise is hard to transfer between people, projects and labs. Elevari is built to close those gaps.

Biology-guided analysis

Statistical patterns are read through population hierarchy, marker context and biological knowledge.

Transparent reasoning

Supporting, contradictory and missing evidence can be inspected, not hidden.

Expert control

Scientists and cytometrists review and refine the important analytical decisions.

Reusable knowledge

Strategies, population definitions and reasoning can be structured and transferred across projects.

Solutions

Your science. Your scale. More possibilities.

Connect panel design, population strategy, analysis and reporting in one knowledge-guided platform built around biological questions and expert judgement.

Scientists

From questions to discovery.

Shape your study around the biology, explore complex cell populations, and follow promising signals towards your next hypothesis. Bring panel planning, analysis strategy, interpretation and reporting into one connected process, with you in control throughout.

Pharma & Biotech R&D

From complex studies to clearer decisions.

Standardise how cytometry studies are designed, analysed and interpreted across teams and programmes. Preserve the rationale behind each decision and build a traceable body of evidence that informs biomarker and drug development priorities.

CROs & Service Providers

More capacity. Faster delivery.

Turn your team's expertise into structured processes that can be applied across projects. Increase analytical capacity, shorten turnaround times, and provide consistent, traceable deliverables that clients can readily review and use.
