4. Intellectual property
The elevari.io website, its texts, images, graphics, logos and trademarks are the exclusive property of Elevari or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without Elevari's prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Personal data
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, stores nothing in your browser and requires no account.
- Writing to us: the contact links open your own email client to write to contact@elevari.io. We use your name, email address and message only to answer you, and keep them for up to 3 years after our last exchange (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- No third-party content: fonts and images are served by Elevari itself, so opening the site sends nothing to other companies.
- LinkedIn: links to LinkedIn only take you there when you click them; no LinkedIn content is loaded on this site.
- Hosting logs: our host records technical access logs (including IP addresses) to run and secure the site, kept for 30 days (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Elevari SAS (section 1) is the controller. This data is only handled by our service providers, under data processing agreements: Google Cloud (hosting, EU) and Google Workspace (email). Google may process some data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share this data for advertising.
The Elevari application has its own Privacy Policy, available from the application.
You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability) by writing to contact@elevari.io, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
